Corison-engraved Durand Wine Opener

The Durand™

We love our Corison-engraved Durand™ wine opener!  It’s indispensable for opening older bottles. In two stages, it gently removes fragile corks.

Pivot, caps and a capsule

Coravin™ Pivot

Here at Corison Winery, we find that the Coravin™ Pivot keeps wine in great condition for up to two weeks. Open your bottle, replace the cork with a special stopper, and use the Pivot to pour your wine. The remaining wine will be preserved under inert Argon gas until you are ready for your next glass.

Wine Books

The Wine Bible – 3rd Edition
Wine writer and educator Karen MacNeil is a fixture here in Saint Helena, as well as a national treasure. We think you will love her opus, a lively tour from an expert teacher, grounding you deeply in all the fundamentals – vineyards and grapes, climate and soil – while layering on passionate asides, tips, anecdotes, definitions, illustrations, maps and labels. One of the most important wine guides in the world, it was first published in 2000, and this third edition shines.

“A masterpiece of wine writing. This is the best edition ever! No one writes about wine like Karen MacNeil.” — Kevin Zraly

Women Winemakers – Personal Odysseys
Lucia and John Gilbert, professors and lovers of wine, engaged in in-person conversations with dozens of women winemakers (including Cathy Corison) from throughout California and wine regions of France, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, and Spain. They present the Personal Odysseys of these trailblazers through the lens of four career pathways and the cultural histories of each wine region.

Prints

Each print is made on archival paper, hand signed and numbered by both the artist, Elaine Chukan Brown, and the winemaker, Cathy Corison. These are limited edition printings and are meant for framing.
