2019 was a stellar growing season. Summer and fall were so cool that we picked fully two weeks later than we usually do, the perfect setup for a great vintage. Those cold days allowed long hang time, resulting in complex, intense flavors, and the cold nights promoted inky color and balancing natural acidity.

The Durand™
We love our Corison-engraved Durand™ wine opener! It’s indispensable for opening older bottles. In two stages, it gently removes fragile corks.
Coravin™ Pivot
Here at Corison Winery, we find that the Coravin™ Pivot keeps wine in great condition for up to two weeks. Open your bottle, replace the cork with a special stopper, and use the Pivot to pour your wine. The remaining wine will be preserved under inert Argon gas until you are ready for your next glass.

Women Winemakers – Personal Odysseys

They present the Personal Odysseys of these trailblazers through the lens of four career pathways and the cultural histories of each wine region.
Prints
Each print is made on archival paper, hand signed and numbered by both the artist, Elaine Chukan Brown, and the winemaker, Cathy Corison. These are limited edition printings and are meant for framing.
